Emergency call-outs
When a pipe goes or the heating dies in February, you don't want a queue. We hold evening and weekend slots back for emergencies so a real engineer picks up and gives you a time, not a ticket number.

Boiler repair, servicing & installation
We service, fix and fit gas boilers. We tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts, and if a boiler is genuinely past it we'll say so rather than sell you repairs that won't last.

Bathroom installation

General plumbing

Landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)
If you let property, you need a valid gas safety record every year. We work around your tenants, check every appliance properly, and email the certificate the same day so you're never caught out at renewal.

Powerflushing
Radiators cold at the bottom, banging pipes, a boiler that keeps cutting out? It's usually sludge in the system. We flush it through, fit a filter, and show you the difference in the water.
